Throughout the years, I have developed for myself a way to regulate the nervous system and fully embrace the present moment, whatever arises. As I progressed through that mindset, meeting with honesty every facets of my constructed self, I saw my life utterly changed, and started to understood the unavoidable link between my inner state and the apparent elements of my life (Events, relationships, jobs, linving spaces...) I consequently offer the possibility for you to do the same.
As children, we had to take on the beliefs of our caregivers, and adapt to their unconscious world. Consequently, we went quickly into "survival mode", adapting to them in order to connect and feel safe. The real us has been tucked behind those layers of personalities that over time imprinted themselves in our nervous system, making us feel as though it is the real "us".
It is not.
If you feel it is time to shed those layers, I can accompany you into your journey of self-healing. With a unique combination of deep listening, silent breaks and slow breathing, we will free the nervous system of its imprints and let body and mind come back to a secure state.

Using times of silence, sometimes going back to points of origin, we love, grieve, soothe and confort your heart, bringing your whole nervous system back to peace. You will learn to read and listen to your body' signals as they will teach you how to love yourself. As we tirelessly listen, see and heal, we bring you back, (for most of us, it is the first time) to love and safety.

Anchor new caring and relaxing habits. As you understand how to listen and heal your heart, either with me during the sessions or on your own in between, you start to do completely different choices, creating a brand new path for you.
